Isla Bela is a new build project in Marbella, on the Costa del Sol. The city is made up of several neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the 15th-century Casco Antiguo to the marina of Puerto Banús and the open golf valley of Nueva Andalucía. The homes sit in a gated community with indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, a gym and underfloor heating.
The project is located in Nueva Andalucía, the golf valley that rises behind Puerto Banús. The marina is ten minutes away and Málaga airport 25 to 40 minutes, depending on which part of town you come out at. Marbella has 150,000 inhabitants and 27 kilometres of coastline within the city limits, with districts that differ strongly in character, from the 15th-century Casco Antiguo to the open development around the golf courses.
Isla Bela comprises 114 homes in total, 59 of which are currently available. The range runs from two to four bedrooms. The smallest homes have a living area of 80.93 m², the largest 375.25 m², so the difference between the compact apartments and the most spacious homes in the project is considerable.
All homes come with underfloor heating and a home automation system. Each home includes a parking space in the garage and a storage room; charging points for electric cars have been installed in the garage. The grounds form a gated community with its own access control.
