The city is made up of several neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the 15th-century Casco Antiguo to the marina of Puerto Banús. The development sits in an elevated position with views of the sea and surrounding mountains, and will have round-the-clock security.

The available homes are three-bedroom townhouses spread over four floors. According to the developer, each home will have its own lift with a glass door serving all floors.

The living floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and a spacious living and dining room with large windows opening onto the terrace and the garden. There is a guest toilet. The kitchen comes with appliances, and there is a choice of alternative ranges within that. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a dressing room and its own outdoor space. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom, finished in neutral, modern tones.

The terraces are generously laid out, with room for outdoor dining and seating. As an option, you can have an outdoor kitchen with barbecue or a jacuzzi installed. A home also includes a laundry room and direct access to the property, among other things. The developer offers customisation options to finish the home to your own preference.

The development is under construction. The communal areas will be built during construction and are therefore not yet in place.
