Description

Zew Elviria is a new build development of apartments and penthouses in Marbella on the Costa del Sol. The city is made up of several neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the marina of Puerto Banús to the open golf valley of Nueva Andalucía. The complex sits at the top of Elviria Hill, surrounded by pine forest, with four community pools, a spa, a gym and a coworking area.

The project consists of 88 duplex homes, each spread over two floors. Layouts range from two to three bedrooms. In some of the three-bedroom homes you can have a fourth room added, to be used as an office, study or guest room. The architecture is kept minimalist and matches the wooded surroundings, with views of the mountains.

The grounds are laid out around green zones and walking paths, with four communal swimming pools, a gym and a coworking space. The homes come with a garage and a storage room. There is a concierge service via an app, with a shuttle service to the beach and to the commercial centre of Elviria.

The complex sits at the top of Elviria Hill, among pine forests. The supermarkets, restaurants and shops of Elviria are a five-minute drive away. The beaches are about ten minutes away and the centre of Marbella fifteen minutes. Málaga international airport is around thirty minutes away. There are several golf courses in the area, including Santa María Golf, Río Real Golf, Santa Clara Golf and Marbella Golf Country Club.

Of the 88 homes, 32 are currently available.
