Zew Elviria is a new build development with available apartments and penthouses in Marbella on the Costa del Sol. Marbella is made up of several neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the Casco Antiguo to the marina of Puerto Banús and the open golf valley of Nueva Andalucía. The development sits at the top of Elviria Hill, surrounded by pine forest, and will have pools, a spa, a gym and a coworking area.

The development has 88 homes. The available homes are apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms and a surface area of 151 to 187 m². For some of the three-bedroom homes, the developer states that a fourth bedroom can be added, to be used as an office, study or guest room.

The site is located on top of Elviria Hill, in the east of Marbella. The development is surrounded by pine forest and has open views of the mountains. The architecture is minimalist in design and follows the natural surroundings.

The communal grounds will include green areas, walking paths, communal spaces to relax and four communal swimming pools. The site will be gated. The developer also provides a concierge service through an app, with a shuttle service to the beach and to the Elviria shopping centre.

The developer gives the following driving times: five minutes to the supermarkets, restaurants and shops of Elviria, ten minutes to the beaches of Marbella East, fifteen minutes to the centre of Marbella and thirty minutes to Málaga airport. There are several golf courses in the area, including Santa María Golf, Río Real Golf, Santa Clara Golf and Marbella Golf Country Club.
