Description

Sira Homes is a new build apartment development in Elviria, a residential area of Marbella on the Costa del Sol. The city is made up of several neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the 15th-century Casco Antiguo to the marina of Puerto Banús and the open golf valley of Nueva Andalucía. The apartments sit in a gated community with a gym and wellness area, and each has a private pool and garden.

The project consists of 21 homes, spread across seven buildings. This layout keeps the number of apartments per building low. At the moment, five homes are still available. You can choose between homes with two and with three bedrooms, with a living area ranging from 131.61 m² to 184.67 m².

Each home has its own swimming pool and its own garden, so the outdoor space is private and not shared. Underfloor heating has been installed in the homes. The buildings have a lift and there is a garage. The whole development is located in a gated community in Elviria, a residential area of Marbella.
