Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. This is a turnkey new-build project in the upper part of the urbanisation. From the construction site it is about 400 metres to the coast, reachable via a pedestrian bridge and walkable in just under fifteen minutes. The view extends across the Mediterranean and takes in the town of Estepona, La Concha near Marbella and the Sierra Bermeja.
The villa is being built over three floors. The basement covers more than 180 m² and provides space for, among other things, a cinema and entertainment room, a utility room and a work area for garden tools. A lift will connect all floors; it will be placed on the outer façade and offers views over the surroundings during the ride.
The available villa has five bedrooms. Four of these will have an en-suite bathroom, and the main bedroom will be fitted with a dressing area. On the ground floor there will be a bedroom and a study that can also be set up as a bedroom.
According to the developer, the home will be fitted with aerothermal technology and air recirculation, intended to limit electricity consumption.
