The project consists of fifteen detached villas on their own plots. Of those fifteen, four are currently still available. All villas have the same layout: five bedrooms and a living area of 581.72 m², spread across the floors of the house. Each villa comes with its own garden with a private pool and terrace.

The architecture is contemporary, but based on classic lines. The volumes are arranged so that they blend into the surroundings of the urbanisation. Each room has its own combination of materials and finishes, rather than one level of finish throughout the house. The design was the work of a team of architects, interior designers, landscape designers and engineers.

The homes are delivered with a fitted kitchen and built-in wardrobes. There is also air conditioning and a video intercom at the entrance. Parking is on your own plot.

Bel Air is located on the New Golden Mile, the stretch of coast between Estepona and Marbella. From the project you can drive to San Pedro de Alcántara in eight minutes, to Puerto Banús in twelve minutes and to the centre of Marbella in twenty-one minutes. The sea is within walking distance, with a coastal path and restaurants and bars along the promenade.
