Eco-housing
Description
Eco-housing is a new build development in Estepona on the Costa del Sol, with a villa in the available offering. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The developer provides an end-to-end service, from land acquisition to permits and construction, working with eco-friendly materials.
The project is located in the Bel Air urbanisation and is still under construction. The setup is a form of co-housing: a villa is divided into separate apartments, with outdoor space shared by the residents.
The available offer includes one villa with eight bedrooms and a living area of 450 m². The kitchens and bathrooms are delivered fully fitted, and the bathrooms will have underfloor heating. The project has sea views.
The basement will have natural light and provides space for communal functions, including a laundry room. According to the developer, these spaces run on renewable energy. The pool that will be built will have ecological filtration.
