The architecture is contemporary in design. The developer places the emphasis on the transition between indoors and outdoors: the terraces have an organic shape and are set up as an extension of the home. According to the developer, the floor plans are geared towards plenty of daylight and open spaces. High-quality materials are used for the finishes. According to the developer, the project has sea views and panoramic views.
Construction of this phase is still ongoing. The communal areas are therefore still being laid out. In addition to energy label A, the developer is aiming for BREEAM certification, with building solutions focused on lower energy consumption.
The site is located in an established part of Fuengirola, with amenities, shops and schools in the surrounding area.
