At present, 25 apartments are for sale. The available apartments have one or two bedrooms and a living area ranging from 62.77 m² to 94.1 m². The difference between the smallest and the largest size therefore lies mainly in the number of bedrooms.
The project is located in the El Higuerón urbanisation and, according to the developer, consists of several housing types, of which the apartments are now on sale. The developer provides no further details about the layout and the finish of the homes.
Construction is under way. The communal areas of the project are being built during that construction and are therefore not yet in place.
