The development is located in the Carvajal district, according to the developer within walking distance of the beach and the promenade. The architecture is contemporary and combines clean lines with functionally arranged spaces. The project data list sea views and panoramic views as a feature of the development.
The available offering consists of apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. The sizes of these homes range from 97.58 m² to 187.89 m², which makes the difference between the smallest and the largest layout considerable. The developer mentions private terraces as part of the design and states that the finishes have been carefully selected.
The development also includes duplex homes that the developer calls Skyvillas. Because construction is still ongoing, the communal areas on the site are still being laid out.
Fuengirola has four train stations. From there, the Cercanías line C1 runs along the coast to Málaga and to the airport, which is about 25 minutes away.
