Description

Belvedere Collection is a new build development of apartments and penthouses in the Torreblanca del Sol urbanisation in Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol. Fuengirola is a year-round town rather than a seasonal resort, with a seven-kilometre promenade along the beach and a large international community. The homes sit in a gated community with an outdoor pool, communal gardens, a gym and a sauna.

Belvedere Collection is a small-scale project with 35 homes, six of which are still available. The range runs from two-bedroom homes to four-bedroom homes, with living areas between 94.55 m² and 188.9 m². The layout is compact: one secure community with its own pool area, landscaped gardens and an indoor gym.

The homes have an open layout in which the living room, dining area and kitchen flow into one another. Each home has a terrace facing the sea, with both a covered and an open section. The kitchens are delivered fitted and come with appliances. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The technical finish consists of air conditioning and aerothermal energy for heating and hot water. Each home includes a parking space in the underground garage and a storage room. Access to the complex is via a video intercom.

The project is located in Torreblanca del Sol, where the everyday shops and amenities can be found along the promenade. The old fishing village of Los Boliches and the centre of Fuengirola are a short drive away. From the four stations in Fuengirola, the Cercanías C1 train runs along the coast to Málaga and the airport, which is about 25 minutes away.
