Vangard Fase I

The project comprises 153 homes with two to four bedrooms, divided into apartments and penthouses. The layout places the emphasis on the transition between indoors and outdoors. Each home has a spacious terrace with an organic, curved shape, intended as an extension of the living area. The largest terraces run up to 185 m². The floor plans are arranged so that plenty of daylight enters, within a contemporary architecture in which the buildings and the landscaped gardens flow into one another.

The homes are finished with high-quality materials. The kitchen is delivered fitted and fitted wardrobes are included. Each home comes with a parking space and a storage room.

In terms of technology and energy, the project has energy label A and a BREEAM certification. There is a photovoltaic installation for collective own use and a smart system for sun shading and solar control. The climate control runs on aerothermal energy and the design is geared to natural light.

The car park has a pre-installation for charging points for electric cars. There is also a bicycle room with a workshop and repair point, and a car washing area that works without water.

The site is five minutes from the beach and has direct access to the A-7. The airport is about fifteen minutes away and Málaga and Marbella about 25 minutes. The surrounding area is an established district with shops, amenities and schools.
