Altoasis FASE I, II
Description
Altoasis FASE I, II sits in the Valle Romano urbanisation in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. This phase lies front-line to the golf course, with views over the sea and the course.
This phase is located in the western part of Estepona, next to a new hospital. The site is gated. From the development there are views of the sea and the golf course, and according to the developer panoramic views.
At the moment there are 49 available homes. They are spread over two floors with a basement below. The available homes have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and measure 226.6 to 293.29 m². Some of the homes come with a solarium with views of the sea and the golf course.
The architecture follows a modern style inspired by Mediterranean building forms, with light-filled spaces. The finishes include marble floors, double glazing and electric shutters. The bathroom includes a hydromassage bath.

About Costa del Sol
The Costa del Sol stretches from Nerja to Sotogrande, with Marbella as its residential heart. The combination of 320 days of sun, international schools and good air connections via Málaga makes it the most established region for Northern European buyers. Prices are more stable than on other costas and the market is transparent.
