This phase comprises 63 homes, all designed on a single level and set in a gated community next to a golf course. According to the developer, each home will have a private garden, a private pool and a solarium.

This phase comprises 63 homes with two or three bedrooms. They have all been designed on a single level, with no stairs inside the home. Of the townhouses provided to us, seventeen are currently available. Those available homes have two or three bedrooms.

The architecture is contemporary and emphasises space, natural light and the transition between indoors and outdoors. According to the developer, each home comes with a spacious private garden, a solarium, a private pool and a large terrace. The homes face the adjoining golf course and have golf views.

The communal areas are still being built. There will be landscaped gardens, walking paths and areas set up for spending time outdoors. The whole development is located in a gated community in the Cerrado del Águila urbanisation.

The development borders a golf course and lies in an established residential area with green strips and walking paths. There is quick access to the A-7 and a direct connection to Málaga airport. Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas and Marbella are nearby. Public transport is a short distance away.
