Description
Savia is a new build development with homes in Mijas, on the Costa del Sol. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses. The development sits opposite a natural area with pine trees, on a gated site with an outdoor pool, a gym and private gardens.
The available offering consists of eight homes with three bedrooms. The living area ranges from 124.05 to 124.3 m², so the available homes barely differ in size from one another.
The development is located opposite a natural area with pine trees. The site is gated and has a pool. According to the developer, the development has been set up with communal facilities on the site and features within the homes themselves.
The equipment includes aerothermal heating, solar panels, air conditioning and a fitted kitchen. The development is under construction.
