The Meadows - FASE 1 is a new build development with available townhouses in La Cala Golf in Mijas, on the Costa del Sol. This phase consists of townhouses in La Cala Golf, on a gated site. The homes are spread over three levels and face southwest.

Each home has its own basement, which takes up one of the three levels. At the moment there are three townhouses available. Each has three bedrooms and a living area of 225.13 to 263.51 m².

The construction follows the new building regulations and the development will have energy label A. The homes are located in La Cala Golf Resort, between the Sierra de Mijas nature park and the Mediterranean Sea. According to the developer, owners within the resort can make use of the benefits and discounts of the Privilege Card.
