Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and golf courses. The development has 68 townhouses, spread across eight rows. Six of those rows have a basement with parking spaces and storage rooms. The developer delivers homes with three and four bedrooms.
According to the developer, the layout is built around comfort, with open spaces that bring in light and with spacious terraces and gardens. All homes face south. A considerable number of them have sea views, according to the developer, so it is not a feature of every home.
At present 22 homes are for sale. The available townhouses have three or four bedrooms and a living area of 137 to 201 m². The development's specification includes a fitted kitchen, fitted wardrobes and charging points, with communal gardens on the gated site.
