Vista Lago Residences

The project is set on a 200-hectare estate laid out as a country club, bordering an adjacent nature reserve. The villas have each been designed individually: according to the developer, they differ from one another, down to the furniture and the interior design. Each villa stands on its own plot and is positioned so that privacy is maintained. The villas come with large terraces, spacious gardens and an infinity pool. There are also spaces that can be fitted out as you see fit, for example as a hobby room, a gym or a study.

The design treats indoors and outdoors as a single whole. The living room and the terrace flow into one another to form one continuous living space. In several places in the villas, the windows disappear into the walls, leaving the panoramic view unobstructed. From the grounds you look out over the sea, the mountains and the golf course. According to the developer, the home automation and the lighting are of a high standard.

The site is gated. A lake of 36,000 m² is being created on the estate, measuring more than 400 m at its longest point. The available villas have three or four bedrooms. The project is going through a sustainability certification process and received an award at an international real estate awards ceremony in 2022, including for its architecture.
