El Quejigal is a new build development in Benahavís on the Costa del Sol, set within the Marbella Club Golf Resort, with a villa in the current availability. Benahavís is a white Andalusian mountain village inland, quieter and greener than the coast below, and known as the dining room of the Costa del Sol. According to the developer, the resort is characterised by low construction density and guarded access.

The available offering consists of one villa with four bedrooms and a living area of 470 m². Construction is still ongoing. The developer describes the design as a combination of Andalusian and contemporary architecture, attuned to the natural surroundings.

The villa is being laid out over two levels. The entrance level will have a spacious entrance hall, a guest toilet and three bedrooms, with the master bedroom getting a dressing room. The level below will have a fourth bedroom and an open living and dining area, with direct access to the outdoor space. In terms of finishing, the developer mentions high-quality windows and doors, a fireplace and a walk-in wine cellar.

The villa will have views of the sea, woodland and golf course. According to the developer, the building plot lies higher up in the resort and there is no traffic noise. The developer further indicates that Costalita beach is a twelve-minute drive away, San Pedro fifteen minutes and Puerto Banús twenty minutes.
