The Sky Marbella Villas

The villas occupy the highest point of La Quinta, on the southern edge of El Madronal. The terrain slopes down towards the coast there, giving the homes views over the bay of Marbella and the Mediterranean, with the mountains on the inland side. The project consists of seventeen villas, twelve of which are available. The plots measure approximately 1,048 m² and the homes have five or six bedrooms. The complex is gated and has security.

The homes have an open layout. The living and dining area continues into the kitchen, which is fully fitted with high-quality appliances.
