Villa Celestia
Description
Villa Celestia is a new build project with an available villa in La Cala Golf near Mijas on the Costa del Sol. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and golf courses. The home has been designed by architect Ismael Merida and will sit on a plot of 1,486 m².
The available villa is a detached single-family home that is still under construction. The architecture follows a minimalist concept, with straight, accentuated façade lines. The house has been positioned on the plot with privacy in mind and faces southwest.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a living area of 233.1 m². The living room is spacious and has an open kitchen. There will also be a multifunctional room, which you can set up as a study, a gym or a home cinema, or use as a separate apartment. A garage for two cars is also included.
Outside, an infinity pool will be built. The house will have views of the sea and the mountains. According to the developer, the beach is about ten minutes away, Marbella twenty minutes and Málaga airport thirty minutes.
