Bali Villas is a gated development of 19 villas in Mijas on the Costa del Sol. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches, urbanisations and golf courses. The development will have its own spa with a sauna and a gym, and each villa will have a private pool.

The development consists of 19 villas on a gated site in a setting with tropical planting. The architecture is contemporary and the villas have an open floor plan. The site is monitored with camera surveillance and there will be a concierge service. Each villa will have its own private pool, according to the developer.

Besides the tropical gardens, the complex will include a spa for residents, with a thermal zone, a room for relaxing and a sauna. There will also be a gym with exercise equipment and with music and television systems. The communal areas further include a home cinema with an HD projector and cinema seating.

The development includes a lift and a private pool. From the site there are sea views, mountain views, golf views and panoramic views. The available properties consist of villas with three or four bedrooms, with living areas from 527.85 m² to 668.98 m². The Calanova golf club is nearby and the beach of La Cala de Mijas is a five-minute drive away. Málaga airport and the centre of Málaga are around twenty minutes away.
