Villas en Riviera del Sol is a new build development with available villas in the Riviera del Sol urbanisation in Mijas, on the Costa del Sol. Mijas is one municipality with two faces: the white mountain village of Mijas Pueblo high above the sea, and below it a broad coastal strip with beaches and golf courses. The development is still under construction and will, according to the developer, have sea views and a private lift.

The available villa is laid out over several floors. According to the developer, the living floor has an open living and dining area with an integrated kitchen, a guest toilet and a covered terrace. The bedroom floor will have three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with its own terrace. The lower floor is delivered as open space and can be fitted out as a gym, a cinema room or additional bedrooms. The villa currently for sale has six bedrooms and a living area of 350 m².

The project is still under construction. The villa will have a private lift connecting the floors. A solarium will be added on top. According to the developer, the home looks out over the sea, the mountains and the surrounding buildings.

The location is in the Riviera del Sol urbanisation in Mijas. The developer mentions golf courses, restaurants and beach clubs in the immediate surroundings. According to the developer, Marbella is fifteen minutes away, Fuengirola ten minutes and Málaga airport thirty minutes.
