The Seven is a gated complex of seven villas on the New Golden Mile in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella. Each villa has its own garden with pool, a garage and a basement, and looks out over the sea and the mountains.
The complex consists of seven villas on a gated plot with its own access. The villas are positioned on the plot in such a way that a large part remains free for the garden, with various outdoor areas, planting and a pool section. Plots start at 803 m².
Each home has two entrances. The driveway for cars leads directly to the basement, where the garage is located with room for two to three cars. The second entrance is for pedestrians and comes out on the first floor, along a route through the garden.
The villas have a contemporary layout and are spread over several levels, with the basement below the living level. The floor plans are flexibly arranged and include four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the homes you look out over the sea and over the mountains behind the coast.
The project is located on the New Golden Mile, a few minutes from Laguna Village and the Atlas American International School. The Los Flamingos and La Resina golf courses are nearby. Of the seven villas, two are currently still available.
