The Club Villas
Description
The Club Villas is a new build development with available villas in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The development is still under construction and, according to the developer, is surrounded by golf courses, with golf views.
The villas in this development have a modern and functional design. The developer works with three different layouts in various sizes, designated Premium, Deluxe and Superior. The difference between these variants lies in the floor plan and in the living area.
The available villas have five bedrooms. According to the developer, these include spacious living rooms, walk-in wardrobes and a multifunctional basement level, which spreads the living space across several levels. Construction is still ongoing, so what will be built on the site is still in progress.
The developer describes the location as quiet and away from the bustle of the coast. According to the developer, Marbella and Puerto Banús are 10 kilometres away, and Málaga international airport is 70 kilometres away.
