Talasa Caelus 2
El Verger, Costa Blanca North
Talasa Caelus 2
Description
Talasa Caelus 2 is a new build development under construction in El Verger, on the Costa Blanca North, with available apartments. The developer focuses on sustainability, with rainwater collection and reuse, large surfaces of photovoltaic panels for self-consumption energy generation and charging points for electric vehicles. The buildings are designed as compact structures, so the indoor temperature stays comfortable in summer and winter.
This development is the first part of a larger plan that the developer describes as a village, and forms its first phase. Construction is currently under way, so the communal areas are still being laid out. According to the developer, those communal areas will have a distinctly green character, with planting of native species that requires little maintenance.
The available apartments have one, two or three bedrooms. According to the developer, the homes are organised around a living room that opens onto a terrace. These terraces are spacious and have regular proportions. Because the living room connects to the terrace, the indoor and outdoor spaces flow into one another.
The developer states that the building materials were selected to limit the impact on the surroundings. The development comes with sea views, mountain views and panoramic views.
