Edenia I is a new build development with apartments in El Verger, on the Costa Blanca North. The gated grounds include landscaped communal gardens, an outdoor pool and mountain views. Residents also have access to a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and coworking space, and the buildings are fitted with an elevator.
The project comprises twenty homes, spread across two buildings. These stand on a large block that follows the course of the Barranco de Les Portelles and the wide boulevard of the Paseo del Mar towards the sea. The buildings are placed along the western edge of the block, with an organic layout oriented to the east. As a result, the communal areas, including the pool, receive sun. The site lies 200 metres from the sea. A cycle path runs along the Carretera de las Marinas towards Denia, and there are connections to the N-332 and the AP-7.
The structure of the buildings is based on staggered terraces. These are offset laterally on each floor, which according to the developer gives every home a large private outdoor space. Some terraces are covered and others are not, and part of them is screened with horizontal slats. The homes have large window sections.
The available range consists of twenty apartments with two or three bedrooms. Sizes run from 94.72 m² to 149.53 m². Each home includes a parking space. The buildings are fitted with double glazing and a ventilation system that continuously refreshes the indoor air. Hot water comes from a central aerothermal installation, and solar panels supply part of the energy.
The homes are located in a gated complex with a lift in the buildings and mountain views.
