Seven Houses Bungalows 4
Pilar de la Horadada, Costa Blanca South
Seven Houses Bungalows 4
Description
Seven Houses Bungalows 4 is a new build development in Pilar de la Horadada, with available townhouses on the Costa Blanca South. Pilar de la Horadada lies at the southern tip of this stretch of coast, on the border with Murcia, with the beaches of Mil Palmeras. The development divides its homes between ground floors and upper floors; according to the developer, the upper floors get a private solarium.
The project is set up as a collection of bungalows in a quiet residential area of Pilar de la Horadada, with amenities a short distance away. The homes are spread over the ground floor and upper floors. According to the developer, the ground-floor homes come with a spacious terrace and a private pool. The upper-floor homes come with their own solarium, with the option of adding a pool or jacuzzi there. Those last items are therefore an option and not a standard part of the home.
The developer describes the finish as modern and functional. The kitchens are delivered fully fitted, appliances included. In addition, according to the developer, every home gets a pre-installation for ducted air conditioning; the system itself is not included.
The available homes are townhouses with two or three bedrooms. The project is still under construction, so what will come with the homes and on the grounds still has to be built. According to the developer, the project has views of the sea and of the town.
