Marvic IV
Pilar de la Horadada, Costa Blanca South
Marvic IV
Description
Marvic IV is a new build development in Pilar de la Horadada, on the Costa Blanca South, with townhouses available. Pilar de la Horadada lies at the southern tip of this stretch of coast, on the border with Murcia; it is more village-like and more Spanish here, with the beaches of Mil Palmeras. According to the developer, each home will have its own private pool. The project is still under construction.
The available townhouses have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. According to the developer, the homes are laid out over several floors, which means the layout differs per home: the homes on the top floor come with a solarium.
Regarding the finish, the developer states that the bathrooms are fitted with vanity units, washbasins and lighting. He describes the interior as functionally laid out.
The developer also points to the location close to the beach and to the amenities available in the area around Pilar de la Horadada. Construction is still ongoing.
