The available townhouses come in two variants: ground floor homes and top floor homes. The ground floor homes include a private garden. The developer describes the architecture as contemporary and Mediterranean.

The available homes have three bedrooms and, according to the developer, two bathrooms. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen form a single open space. According to the developer, large windows and open layouts define the character of the interior, with a direct transition between inside and outside.

The development is under construction and is located in a quiet residential area of Pilar de la Horadada. According to the developer, shops, restaurants, sports facilities and parks are a short distance away, as are the beaches of Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras. The road connections give access to the surrounding coastal towns.

For some of the homes, the developer indicates that there is the option to have a private pool installed. This is an option and is not included as standard with a home.
