Seven Diamonds
Description
Seven Diamonds is a new build development with available villas in Estepona on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The development faces south, sits within walking distance of Atalaya Golf Club and looks out over the sea and the mountains.
Seven Diamonds consists of detached villas in the Atalaya urbanisation. Construction is currently underway. The available villas have three or four bedrooms.
The villas are set out over several levels. Beneath the home there is a full basement. At roof level there is a sea view. In the living room the ceiling runs through at double height, which according to the developer is a fixed part of the design.
The interior layout is flexible. You can have the interior adapted to your own wishes at no extra cost, and the developer supports this with its own interior design service. According to the developer, high-quality materials and brands are used for the finishes. After completion, the developer remains involved through its own after-sales service.
