Aurea Villas

The project comprises ten villas, seven of which are currently available. Each villa sits on its own plot of 756 m² and has a living area of just over 400 m², spread across three levels. Every home includes terraces and patios of more than 100 m², along with a private pool and its own garden. The location is in the heart of Estepona Golf, with views of the Mediterranean Sea, the golf course and the Sierra Bermeja.

You enter on the main level, where the living space has an open layout with the kitchen integrated into it. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect this level with the outdoor area. On the same floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom. The upper floor is arranged around the master bedroom, which has its own terrace and where a jacuzzi can be added as an option. That floor also holds a second bedroom with its own bathroom and two private terraces. All three bedrooms therefore have an en-suite bathroom.

The basement comes without a predetermined layout. You decide what to use the space for, for example as a gym, cinema room, spa or wine cellar. Up to three additional bedrooms can also be added, or a separate guest area. In addition, there is a selection of extra options to choose from for the finishes.

The villas are heated and cooled with aerothermal energy, combined with underfloor heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is delivered fitted and built-in wardrobes are included. Villa number 3 is complete as a show home, so the layout and the finishes can be viewed on site. The development is a few minutes from schools and supermarkets and five minutes from the beach.
