The city is made up of several neighbourhoods, each with its own character, from the 15th-century Casco Antiguo to Puerto Banús and the open golf valley of Nueva Andalucía. The development sits on the front line of golf, in a gated community with a spa, gym and indoor and outdoor pools.

The project comprises 104 homes, four of which are still available. All homes have three bedrooms and the surface areas are close together, ranging from 149.87 m² to 156.13 m². This means the offer consists of a single home type, with small differences in size and position within the complex.

The homes are located front-line on the golf course, within a gated and guarded community. From the homes you look out over the golf course and the sea. Some of the homes come with a private pool. A parking space in the garage is part of the complex.

The homes are delivered fully finished with a fitted kitchen. Climate control is provided by underfloor heating and air conditioning. Construction of the project has been completed.
