The development is under construction and will have an outdoor pool and communal gardens.
The development comprises forty homes, spread across five buildings. Construction is under way. According to the developer, this is new-build property with a high-quality finish. According to the developer, the homes come with private pools, both outdoors and indoors. The homes will also have spacious terraces, including covered and private terraces.
At present five homes are for sale: available apartments and penthouses. These available homes have two bedrooms and a living area of between 116.11 m² and 132.02 m². According to the developer, each bedroom will have its own bathroom.
Inside there will be fitted kitchens and built-in wardrobes. For climate control, the homes will have underfloor heating and air conditioning. The developer also states that the development will include private gardens and gyms.
The development is located in the Los Pinos de Aloha urbanisation. The developer mentions golf courses, beaches, shopping centres, schools and marinas in the surrounding area.
