Benissa consists of a historic inland town with sandstone façades and a neo-Gothic church, and a smaller coastal strip with coves such as Cala Fustera rather than large beaches. The plot is located in the La Fustera urbanisation, three minutes from La Fustera beach. The restaurants Mandala and Farini and a supermarket are within walking distance. An aparthotel with a spa and gym is under development in the immediate surroundings. The historic centre of Benissa is inhabited year-round and can be reached on foot. Calpe and Moraira are about ten minutes away, Jávea about fifteen.
