Benissa XII

The villa sits on a plot of 800 m² in a quiet residential street among other modern villas. The architecture uses natural materials such as natural stone and wood, in neutral tones. Large floor-to-ceiling windows connect the living areas with the terraces.

The house is laid out over three levels. On the ground floor, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen form one open living area, with direct access to the main terrace and the pool. This level also has two bedrooms with a double bed, a full bathroom and a guest toilet.

The upper floor is arranged around the master suite, with a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom and its own terrace. This floor also has a second bedroom that can be used as an office. From this level you reach the solarium.

The basement level is intended for practical use and has a fully equipped gym, a laundry room and technical rooms. The pool filter system and the water tanks are also located here. There is room to create additional rooms, for example as a wine cellar, cinema or multifunctional space.

Outside there is an infinity pool, surrounded by garden and sun terraces. A wooden pergola provides shade at the lounge and dining area. La Fustera beach is about a three-minute walk away, as are supermarkets and local amenities.
