Benissa V

The villa will be built on a plot of 1,500 m² and is spread over two floors with a basement level below. The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with its own bathroom and private terrace, and a guest toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. One of those bedrooms has access to a private terrace through sliding windows, the other two share a large terrace. The basement level contains a garage with parking space for two cars, an entrance hall and a guest toilet. A wide driveway leads to the garage.

Outside there is a swimming pool surrounded by several terraces, partly covered and partly open. A pre-installation for pool heating and a pre-installation for an alarm system will be provided. For heating and cooling an aerothermal system will be installed, with underfloor heating throughout the house and zoning per room. The villa also has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a lift connecting the floors with the basement.

The Raco de Galeno urbanisation is located two kilometres from the coast of Benissa. The historic centre of Benissa is inhabited all year round and within walking distance. Calpe and Moraira are about ten minutes away, Jávea a quarter of an hour. The building permit for the project has already been issued.
