Description

Nacaré is a new build project with apartments and penthouses in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The homes look out over the sea and share a spa with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna and a gym, plus a concierge service and communal gardens.

Nacaré consists of a single building with a total of twenty homes, divided between apartments and penthouses. Eight of these are currently available. It is therefore a small-scale complex, in which every home has three or four bedrooms.

The homes are spacious. The smallest measures 186.32 m², the largest 230.07 m². All homes face the sea and have sea views.

There is a garage beneath the building. The grounds include communal gardens and have security around the clock.
