Mosher Collection is a new build development in Rancho Domingo in Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. The municipality sits on three levels: the white Pueblo on the hill, Arroyo de la Miel in the middle and the coastal strip with Puerto Marina. The buildings are low-rise and follow the topography of the land, with attention to privacy and sea views.

The development is located in Rancho Domingo, a quiet residential area of Benalmádena between the mountains and the Mediterranean. The layout has deliberately been kept low: the buildings are of limited height and follow the slope of the terrain rather than sitting on top of it. According to the developer, this low density was chosen to preserve privacy, open views and the connection with the surrounding landscape. The architecture is a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean building, inspired by the local building tradition. The grounds will be gated.

The homes are spread across these low-rise buildings. On the ground floor there are homes with generous outdoor space, on the intermediate floors homes with higher views, and on the top levels penthouses with extensive outdoor space. The design focuses on daylight, privacy and panoramic views, with interiors that connect to the surrounding landscape. Sea and mountain views are among the features of the development.

The available offering consists of apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms. In addition, there will be a social club for residents with a gastronomic concept, intended as a shared meeting point within the development.
