Description

Marina Golden Bay is a new build project with penthouses in Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol. The municipality sits on three levels: the white Pueblo on the hill, the Spanish Arroyo de la Miel in the middle and the coastal strip with the beaches and Puerto Marina. The penthouses look out over the sea and residents share an outdoor pool.

The project consists entirely of penthouses, 33 in total. Five of these are still available at the moment. The homes have two or three bedrooms and range in size from 90.15 m² to 125.25 m². All penthouses are located on the top residential floor and face the sea. The outdoor pool is a shared facility for residents.

Benalmádena is made up of three parts, each with a different character. On the hill lies the white Pueblo, in the middle is Arroyo de la Miel, which is lived in all year round, and along the coast is the beach strip with the Puerto Marina marina. From Arroyo de la Miel, the Cercanías train runs along the coast to Málaga and into the airport terminal. Málaga airport is about twenty minutes away.
