The development sits 300 metres from Malibu Beach, on one of the last plots available on the coast.

The available offer consists of penthouses with three or four bedrooms. These homes come with a large terrace. The homes are south-facing.

The architecture uses large windows facing the sea, so indoor and outdoor spaces flow into one another. The development has sea views and panoramic views.

According to the developer, the communal areas are set up as an extension of the home itself. The project is currently being built on a gated site. In doing so, the developer focuses on a more energy-efficient home and a more sustainable living environment.
