Marine Hills - Stage 1 is a new build development in Estepona on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The development sits on a hill with sea views and will be set within a gated site with security.

The development is located in Selwo, on the New Golden Mile, a few minutes from Puerto Banús and from Estepona. Construction is currently underway. The site sits on a hill, and according to the developer you look out from here over the sea, the mountains and panoramically across the surrounding area.

At the moment nine homes are for sale. These are apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms and a living area of 94.48 to 127.76 m². According to the developer, the homes are spaciously laid out, both inside and outside, and are finished with materials from well-known brands.

You can put together the interior finish yourself. The developer lets you choose the materials for the interior at no extra cost and also offers scope to adjust the internal layout. In addition, furniture packages are available. After completion, there is aftercare from an on-site office.
