The development is made up of blocks that follow the shape of the terrain. According to the developer, this gives the homes views of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. The homes face south or southeast. This first phase consists of apartments, penthouses and semi-detached villas. The available homes have two or three bedrooms and range from 125 m² to 326 m².

In terms of finishes, the balcony doors and the shutters are motorised. The taps are eco-efficient. The bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. The climate control system runs on aerothermal energy.

The penthouses with a solarium have a barbecue there, a sink with a tap, a connection for a fridge, a shower with cold and hot water, a socket, a TV connection, lighting and a pre-installation for a jacuzzi. With the semi-detached villas you can have your own pool built in the garden at an additional cost. With the ground floor apartments, part of the terrace remains uncovered; that part is finished with artificial grass.

Each parking space has a pre-installation for a charging point for an electric car. The grounds also include landscaped green areas with paths, a coworking space and a multipurpose room.

The development is located next to the international school Atlas American School of Málaga and next to the Selwo Aventura nature park. From the grounds you can walk to the La Resina Golf & Country Club; there are another seven golf courses within a radius of five kilometres. The beaches of Playa del Castor, Arroyo de las Cañas and Guadalmina are less than two kilometres away. Marbella is a 28 minute drive away and Málaga airport 45 minutes.
