Looa Estepona
Description
Looa Estepona is a small-scale apartment development in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The homes sit close to the town centre, the marina and the beaches, and stand out for their generous terraces and natural light.
The project comprises 22 homes and has been set up as a low-density complex. All homes have three bedrooms. The living areas are close together and range from 81.17 m² to 89.11 m², which means the floor plans differ little from one another. At present, six homes are still available.
The architecture is contemporary. The layouts are functional and focused on a direct connection between inside and outside. Each home comes with a spacious terrace. The homes have been designed to let in plenty of daylight. The finish is of high quality.
The complex is a short distance from the centre of Estepona, the marina and the beaches. The connection to the international airport is good.

About Costa del Sol
The Costa del Sol stretches from Nerja to Sotogrande, with Marbella as its residential heart. The combination of 320 days of sun, international schools and good air connections via Málaga makes it the most established region for Northern European buyers. Prices are more stable than on other costas and the market is transparent.
