Las Mesas Infinity Homes is a new build development of apartments in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella, twenty minutes to the east. The blocks follow the slope of the site, and residents share an outdoor pool, a gym and communal gardens within a gated community.
This is a small-scale development with three buildings, spread across a sloping site. Because the building volumes have been fitted into those differences in height, each block faces a different direction and no building stands directly in front of the next. Twenty homes are currently available.
The apartments have two or three bedrooms and range in living area from 96.37 m² to 172.21 m². The floor plans are built around a continuous living and dining area with a large amount of window surface, with the bedrooms set apart from the living area. Each home has a spacious terrace that runs the full width of the living room.

Estepona is a short distance away: the town centre and the beaches can be reached from the site within a few minutes.
