Description

Capri IX - Apartments is a new build development of apartments in the Vistabella Golf urbanisation near Orihuela, on the Costa Blanca South. Orihuela lies inland, behind the coastal strip, and has the public hospital that covers that hinterland. The apartments are front-line golf, with an outdoor pool, communal gardens, a solarium, solar panels and private parking.

The project consists of 63 apartments, spread across six buildings on a plot within the golf urbanisation. Because the buildings are divided into several blocks, the communal gardens and the swimming pool lie in between them. The apartments border directly on the golf course. Each apartment comes with a terrace. Solar panels are installed on the building. Of the 63 homes, one is still available.

The urbanisation is a short distance from shops, the town centre and public transport.
