The residential is located in a prime area, currently under expansion, close to the beaches of Torrevieja, Punta Prima, and Playa Flamenca. It is also very close to the Laguna Rosa of Torrevieja, which is part of the Natural Park of Las Lagunas de La Mata and Torrevieja.
