Sungolfbeach consists of a single block in which the homes are spread across several floors. According to the developer, there will be homes on the ground floor and homes on the floors above, up to and including the third floor. Some of the homes on the second floor will have a patio in addition to the outdoor space. Because the block is still under construction, the communal areas do not yet exist at this time.
The units currently for sale are apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The developer indicates that all homes in the block will have access to the communal swimming pool.
The development is located in the Villamartín urbanisation, which falls under the municipality of Orihuela.
