Description

Balcon del Mediterraneo is a new build development on the New Golden Mile in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol, with available apartments and penthouses. Estepona is a Spanish fishing and market town that was never rebuilt into a resort and is lived in year-round, quieter and more affordable than Marbella. According to the developer, every level has panoramic sea views, and the development will get a golf simulator.

The homes currently for sale are apartments and penthouses with three to five bedrooms. The developer describes the terraces as wide and spacious, intended for dining and sitting outside. The development is still under construction.

The communal areas will include a coworking space. According to the developer, the images shown of the facades and the communal areas are not contractual and may still change in the final technical design.

The development is located on the New Golden Mile, the coastal strip between Estepona and Marbella. According to the developer, it takes about ten minutes by car to reach Puerto Banús and Marbella with its old town. The new dining and leisure complex Laguna is also in the immediate vicinity.

From the homes you look out over the Mediterranean Sea. The developer mentions panoramic sea views from every floor.
