The Sky Marbella Apartments

The project comprises fifty apartments, divided into three home types: ground floor duplexes, homes on the middle floors and duplex penthouses. The homes have two to five bedrooms and an open layout in which the living room, dining area and kitchen flow into one another. The smallest living area is 129.22 m², the largest 402.05 m², each supplemented by spacious terraces. The apartment section is part of a larger plan that also includes sixteen villas.

The buildings stand at the highest point of the urbanisation, within a gated, enclosed site. From that position the homes look out over the bay of Marbella, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains behind it. Landscaped gardens surround the communal outdoor swimming pool. The project is under construction.

Each home has its own swimming pool on the terrace. Every home also comes with two parking spaces in the communal garage. The kitchen is delivered fitted, including appliances. The master bedroom is larger than the other bedrooms. The homes are heated and cooled by underfloor heating and aerothermal technology, and are equipped with a home automation system.

The finishes and the interior design have been carried through consistently in all homes, from the bathrooms to the fitted wardrobes and the storage rooms.
